Mark at Space Age Sound has provided the sound and video entertainment for the past several years for the Royal Oaks Neighborhood Association block parties. His participation has been very well received and enhanced our block parties with both sound and video. I was married on June 17th, 2006. Mark DJ’d my wedding. It was perfect. He met with us on several occasions to pick out the right music for our special day. He had great ideas to help us with. But he did way more than just help us pick out our music, he played music while our guests were being seated, after the wedding, while we were taking pictures, he informed the guests of where to go and what to do (sometimes you just don’t know what to do while the wedding party is taking pictures) and he kept them entertained. So to sum it all up we had the best time of our life and Mark really played a major roll in making sure that happened. Thanks Mark!

My husband and I had Mark DJ our ceremony and reception in February 2007. We requested several songs to be played before, during, and after the ceremony and he did a wonderful job setting up the system by the gazebo to where it wasn't noticeable to see it. He was very professional and kept everyone entertained during picture sessions. He provided great games for us to play during the reception, which was a lot of fun! Mark was readily available to go over plans and diligently listened to what we had pictured in our minds for our special occasion. You did indeed exceed our expectations! You thought of every possible thing that could make our wedding more special and more personal and made it all happen. You were respectful of our wishes and seemed to understand extremely well what our vision for the wedding was. Chris’s parents, who have owned their own (extremely successful) wedding photography business in Memphis for decades said you were really the best DJ they’d ever seen. We were a little worried that such a large group of family members from two different cultures would be challenging to engage, but you pulled it off! Everyone felt included and somehow the music was both hip and modern while being family friendly and welcomed everyone to join in. Chris and I feel like you delivered much more than we ever expected and you were a major component in making the wedding a huge success! Oh and the video and slideshow were amazing! Congratulations on a job well done! We will definitely be using Space Age Sound for all of our DJ needs from here on out.

We looked, and looked for the perfect DJ for our wedding on April 19th, 2008. We had no luck until we stumbled upon your website. You have the most professional website of any other DJ. Also, the fee's for your services were most affordable and less expensive than local competition, and the services that you provided included more than your competition! I think we're safe to say you ARE the competition! Your equipment, lights and projection screen were also very nice and we were very impressed with them. Your wedding planner was most helpful and made for a perfect wedding reception. Everything was planned and the details were most impressive. You asked a ton of questions, but they were important ones and we're so thankful that you asked. We would never have thought of the things you thought of.

Words cannot describe how happy we were with your services! Carlos and I talked half the night away about how perfect everything turned out...the weather cooperated, family and friends gathered, and most especially, the music blended everything together so nicely. Your attention to detail was evident from the first time we met, discussing types of music, giving me ideas for non-traditional wedding music, etc...you even provided an outline for us to write out our own love story and you so eloquently delivered the love story at our reception. Honestly, you were so gracious and accomodating about everything....I know that when I throw another party, it will not be complete without your services. We look forward to seeing you in the future!
